    1. Civil & Structural Works

    Site clearing, leveling, and boundary setup for a 3,000 m² plot.

    Excavation for isolated and combined footings.

    Reinforced concrete framing system (columns, beams, slabs).

    150 mm thick RCC roof slab with waterproof membrane.

    Masonry walls (200 mm external, 100 mm internal).

    Staircase and elevator shaft construction.

    2. Architectural Works

    Façade: Double-glazed curtain wall system with aluminum composite panels (ACP).

    Floor Finishes:

    Ground floor: 600×600 mm porcelain tiles.
